I won Danville's annual Ice Bowl Disc Golf Tournament today. It was very cold (in the 30s) and windy, and I still managed to shoot 3-under par, and won by 8 strokes! Call me Tiger Woods. My "trophy" is a really cool collector's item disc. It's a 1979 Disc Golf Association Midnight Flyer 141g Glow Disc. It is a rare disc with the unique stamping of the number "1" in the middle. Nice to add to my collection. I hadn't finished 1st at a tournament in a couple of years! The proceeds from the tournament went to God's Storehouse, a local food bank here in Danville.
